What is Fitness?
Fitness is the
condition that how much human is physically fit and healthy to perform the
specific task or activity. In other words, we say that fitness is the ability in
human body to perform the task. Physical fitness involves following things
1. performance of the heart
2. performance of the lungs
3. performance of the muscles of the body
According to the United States
Department of Health and Human Services, physical fitness is defined as "a
set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to
perform physical activity."
